Free Shipping on Orders Above $59:
- Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders with a total value of $59 or more.
Standard Shipping Fee:
- For orders below $59, a flat-rate standard shipping fee of $8 will apply.
Delivery Time:
- Please allow 20 business days for order processing and shipment. As we are still a low scale whisky producer, we have limited resources and therefore a longer delivery time.
Tracking Information:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the delivery status.

Returns
Returns on Damaged Products:
- We do not accept returns unless there is clear picture proof of significant damage to the products.
Initiating a Return:

- Please provide clear pictures showing the damaged products as attachments in your email.
Refund or Replacement:
